Our privacy policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. Payments/Refunds:
Rocky Mountain Jet requires a $25,000 down payment in order to be scheduled for a boat build. $5,000 of that down payment is nonrefundable at the time of payment to Rocky Mountain Jet. The Full $25,000 will become nonrefundable upon the purchase of your hull and motor. Rocky Mountain Jet reserves the right to credit the customer $20,000 if we can move another customer into your opening. The timeline for this refund will be at our discretion and convenience. You are welcome to come to pick up your hull and motor that have been purchased for you +/- any additional cost not covered by your $25000 down payment, minus the nonrefundable $5000. There will be no possible refunds or cancelations allowed once your boat has been started in production. 75% of your total Invoice will be due prior to the boat leaving for wrap installation, a 2-week notice will be provided. The remaining balance of the boat will be due upon COMPLETION of your boat. Payment in full needs to be made prior to the pickup of your boat, please allow 3-5 business days for funds to clear before pickup. Your boat will not leave our shop until payment has cleared our financial institution. Rocky Mountain Jet will accept cash and certified checks for final payment on the day of delivery. Failure to make scheduled payments within 14 days, will result in forfeiture of property and payments made to Rocky Mountain Jet. Rocky Mountain Jet will sell the forfeited property to recuperate costs. Rocky Mountain Jet reserves the right to adjust invoice prices on outside vendors. Outside vendors include EVA matting, Wrap, and Trailers. This seldom happens but supply issues and tariffs on materials have caused prices to change slightly in the past.

Payment Methods:
Rocky Mountain Jet will NOT accept payments using credit and/or debit cards. Payments made must clear our the financial institution, before paid receipts will be provided.
Accepted payment methods Include:
• Cash
• Check
• Cashiers or Certified Check
• ACH
• Wire Transfer

Pickup:
Rocky Mountain Jet does NOT deliver boats or arrange to ship to your location. Customers will need to pick up boats directly at our location. If you need to have a boat delivered, you will need to arrange your own shipping (we are happy to make suggestions and have shippers we can recommend). We are also happy to assist your shipper in loading the boat onto your shipper’s truck/trailer. Rocky Mountain Jet assumes no liability for damage in the loading and/or shipping process. Rocky Mountain Jet does not secure loads; the responsibility will be on your driver/shipper. Rocky Mountain Jet will allow 2 weeks for pick up and full payment before we will access a $250 weekly charge for storage.

Change Orders:
As you wait for your boat to go into production, we do understand that you may choose to make minor modifications to your boat. Rocky Mountain Jet will allow for change orders to be made prior to us beginning construction of your boat build. Any change orders must be paid upfront at the time of addition. To avoid any possible pricing confusion Rocky Mountain Jet will charge change orders on a new invoice, this change order invoice will bear reference to your original boat build invoice number listed at the top of the page (we do this so you understand the cost of what you’re adding above the original invoice). Rocky Mountain Jet reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on change orders that may make parts purchased according to your ORIGINAL invoice obsolete. Most likely we will be able to use your parts on another build, in which case a restocking fee won’t apply.

Warranty:
Rocky Mountain Jet prides itself on the quality and reliability of our builds. We do our very best at providing you, the customer, the very best the market has to offer. That being said these boats are known for their capability and performance in places that boats have previously never been. Running boats on rivers and shallow water can be very hard on these machines and they are not “bulletproof”. Rocky Mountain Jet backs all of its new boats with a 6-month craftsmanship warranty, from the time of pickup. Craftsmanship includes welds, screws, bolts, hoses, and wiring. Rocky Mountain Jet is not responsible for the Electric component failures, Wrap, EVA matting, and Powertrain. Warranty on those components will be provided by the installer and/or manufacturer. Rocky Mountain Jet will facilitate a warranty on these items but bears no financial burden for the replacement of these items and/or the timeline for repair/replacement.

Timeline:
At Rocky Mountain Jet, we understand the excitement for your new boat to be completed; we are just as excited to see you behind the wheel. Rocky Mountain Jet only quotes START DATES, NOT completion dates. We understand it may
be slightly disheartening to hear that. We have all been present for the economy lately and should understand that parts are in short supply and businesses have been busier than ever. This not only applies to us but the businesses and distributors that support us. We do our very best to order parts and keep inventory on hand, but just one part can keep us from completing or scheduling your boat for the next big step. In the chance that tardiness may occur please rest assured that although it may be disappointing to you, we only stay in business by completing these boats and its very important that they get finished in a timely and professional manner.

Summary:
Thank you for taking the time to read through the fine print and we are excited to get on to the fun stuff.
